Need Some Advice and Recommendations

I am currently a high school sophomore living in Texas. I am ranked 44/716 which is a decent top 6%. My school has a block schedule (4 periods per semester, courses are finished in semester instead of 2)I have so far taken all of the challenging classes my school has to offer including World History AP, chem. PAP, eng. 3 AP, Algebra 2 PAP, etc. The problem is that I am currently taking an incredibly challenging class called Spanish 4 AP. My average in the class right now is is a 79. I have never had such a challenging class before. Im thinking maybe Spanish is not the language for me. My counselor informed me that I can drop out at the half semester mark. By doing this I can save my class rank+GPA. Im not sure if I should do this though because I don't want colleges to think that I am a quitter. Do you think i should drop out of Spanish 4 AP?

I also received a schedule sheet for Junior year. For everyone who is taking Calculus do you think it would be wise to take Calculus immediately after pre cal? I can take Pre cal and calculus the same year. Would that make the class easier for me? Also i have the option for physics, physics PAP, and Physics AP (a senior class). I marked down physics PAP but do you think i should change it to physics AP?
So far my schedule is looking like this-
US history AP
Psychology AP
PSAT team
Pre CAL PAP
English 3 AP
Calculus AP
and Physics AP

Do you guys think this is too much to handle or should I go for?

Ultimately I am aiming to go to either Rice, UT Austin, Baylor, Emory, or Rochester. WHat do you guys think i should do?

bump-please help

???

still no help?

Do you think that you could handle the class/possibly raise your grade? Maybe you should talk to your teacher about it before proceeding to make a decision.

I think that you should take the classes that intrigue you as opposed to solely enrolling in certain courses that you think might be perceived favorably by certain schools.
