Ok. So I'm an 8th grader and I would really like to go to stanford. What is the best thing I can do to impress acoms? Also im a straight A's student taking geometry and in the advance classes and I'm well motivated.

I’d say ask this kid: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/harvard-university/880742-8th-grader-urgent.html?highlight=8th+grader+urgent

But really, there’s no set or guaranteed path. If you like sports, do them. If not, then don’t. Find clubs you like, join them for that, not college. Take as many challenging courses as possible, score as well as you can. Stanford allows leeway for Freshman year (not counting it), but don’t rely on that.

I’ve heard that prostitution can be spun as entrepreneurship if you make enough money, so that might be a good way to get in.

Drug trafficking can also show management and sales capabilities

That’s ridiculous, why would you even think that??

The point is to stand out from the ENTIRE REST of Stanford’s student body, not totally blend in!
