Last June, I took the Physics SAT II as a freshman and received a 770. At that time, I thought that it was a great score, but after seeing these forums, it doesn't seem that that score carries any credibility.

This year, I am taking Chem Honors and am debating about whether or not to take the Chemistry SAT II this June. Basically, I want to know if it is necessary to take the Chemistry subject test since I have a good score already in Physics. Also, I am not going to be taking AP Chemistry next year, so this will be my only time to possibly take the Chemistry Subject Test. I also am worried about the score choice policy and that I might have to send all my scores even if I am unhappy with some of them.

I have heard that the Chemistry test is much harder than the Physics because there is not as generous of a curve, so that also decreases my chances of scoring above a 770.

Thank you so much for your advice.
