Need some clarification with study materials (Please read)

I've used the search function in order to find the study materials recommended for the ACT and I've narrowed it down to the Red Book and PR. However, I was looking on Amazon and saw multiple different books by PR. There was Cracking the ACT, 1296 Questions, and Crash Course. Which one is the one that people most recommend?

Also, what should I use to study for more? I know the Red Book has the most accurate tests (or so I've heard) while PR teaches the material better. Can anyone confirm this?

Thank you in advance! :)

Use the Red Book to accurately gauge what subjects you need the most help on, then use other books such as Barrons or Princetons to learn/review concepts.

The book I have is the Princeton Review Cracking the ACT

The advice is very straightforward and the concepts are taught very clearly.

It would be a stretch to say those two books are all you need for a 36, but I would say that using both of them will give you to get you into the 30’s in every category.

Just my opinion
