Hey guys I am looking to transfer from a CC from the Bay area for fall admission 2020 at SDSU as a business information systems major. I am going to be getting my AS-T in Business administration to help my chances of getting in. However, I noticed that SDSU does not have a AS-T program for Information System, but I noticed they have it in Financial services and regular Business Administration.
My question is, should I apply under Business Information systems or should I use an AS-T to get in as a Financial services and General Business Administration to maximize my chances of getting in and try to change my concentration once I get in? Any input from anyone would help especially people who have transferred into the business program
Also I see that the Business Information systems major has around a 40% admittance rate compared to general business is around 22% on the SDSU website.
My stats are:
GPA 3.69 will probably end up in 3.5-3.67 range this semester
Golden 4: A A A B
Non-Local AD-T Business adminstration
