Need some help please!!!

I am an out of state student from New Jersey that is currently a high school senior this year. Indiana is one of my top choices. I want to pursue a career in business and specifically be a finance major. I have a 3.3 gpa, with a good amount of ECs and about a 1100 on the SAT for reading and math combined. As most people know already, Indiana has a very good business school. With my high school gpa is there anyway I could get accepted into Kelley as a finance major? Would it be easier to get accepted into IU if my intended major was something outside of Kelley and then just switch to a finance major after a year?

First off, the major you select on your application has no impact on your admission to the university. It’s not your GPA that will keep you out of Kelley as a freshman, but your SAT score. When evaluating whether you would want to come to IU as a Pre-business student you should read the overwhelming amount of literature on these boards regarding the implications of that decision.
