Hello, I am currently a sophomore at Saint Xavier University in Chicago majoring in Communication and Political Science, I am looking to transfer after completion of my sophomore year(entering new school fall of 2018) the top five schools I want to apply to are below and I was wondering if I had a shot/what other schools would be a good fit:

I will have great essays and letters of recommendations from advisors and professors. My advisor was a professor at North Carolina(dont know if this will help)
