<p>What are some top universities, both public and private that I have a good chance to get into. ACT score is a 27 and uw gpa is around a 3.52. All of my classes except for 2 or 3 have been either honors or AP.</p>

<p>Um. U of T is kind hard to get into from OOS. I'd say it's a slight reach</p>
