Schools I am considering are-
BU
BC (long shot I know)
UMASS Amherst Honors Program
Holy Cross
NYU
Northeastern
University of Rochester
Tufts (also long shot i know)

*** The only way I will be able to go to one of these schools is if i get financial aid or a scholarship so that pay less than 20,000ish. My parents make over 100,000 combined, but cant afford more than 15,000-20,000 max.

--If you some people could please give me a list of schools with a good pre-med program that match my stats and would give me a reasonable chance of getting a scholarship or aid, please list a few! I would like to remain on the east coast within 2-3 hours of Massachusetts.

as long as you can get your test scores up then I would say you have a pretty good list so far.

BU - match
BC - reach
UMASS Amherst - safety ( maybe a match if you're trying for the honors program)
Northeastern- low match/safety
University of Rochester - match
Tufts - reach

Johns Hopkins has a good pre-med program but I know that you want to stay closer to MA and it would be a reach for you. and it looks like you are looking for a lot of merit aid. Northeastern, BU, and University of Rochester give a good amount of merit aid, but if you don't get enough from them you always have Amherst as a financial safety.

I don't know too much about the med programs at these schools, but they are similar to the ones you are already looking at.

Syracuse - low match, safety
Lehigh - high match
Carnegie Mellon - high match, reach

Try taking the ACT for sure because Tufts and Carnegie Mellon are just way way reaches right now

ok, thank you for all the advice and suggestions so far.. any more? should i apply to NYU.. do i stand a decent chance or is that school also a reach?
