Need some questions answered please!

I am having trouble understanding what some might be some very basic questions.

I currently have been working a full time job and part time job since graduating high school in 2008 and would like to attend either ECU or WNC this coming fall. I have been taking courses at a local community college for the past four years.

I have struggled with some courses due to the actual course or just not having the time to spend on them as I have worked two jobs since HS. Granted, this is no excuse but I am doing my best to bring my GPA from where it was(1.7).

If you look at WCU or ECU's website, the list the requirements and one is:

2.5 GPA.... "The cumulative GPA as listed on each college transcript will be the primary GPA used to calculate your higher education GPA. Because colleges vary in repeat policies, grading systems, whether developmental course grades are included within the GPA calculation, etc., such differences will be considered on a case-by-case basis. "

Now much question(s) revolve around this above requirement.

I have been working at an Associates in the Arts degree and should have it completed this semester. I have an option in my Webadvisor which shows my program evaluation. This basically, shows the courses I have taken that go towards my AA degree and what that GPA is (2.6).

Here are all the courses I've taken:

Here is the program evaluation or at least the very top portion of it.

<a href="http://i698.photobucket.com/albums/vv350/Fortkevin2/ProgramEval.jpg%5B/IMG%5D">http://i698.photobucket.com/albums/vv350/Fortkevin2/ProgramEval.jpg

So which courses transfer? Do I get to pick and choose which ones? Since I will have received a AA degree, is it the classes I took to obtain that degree the GPA that matters or all the ones I've taken at that particular college?

If it's all of them then I have a 2.3 and I'm in trouble. If its just the AA degree classes then I have a 2.6 and I may be ok.

I apologize for the long winded first post. As a note please do not respond to this with rude comments about my grades or questions. I am here asking for help because I can't seem to get the questions answered from the guidance counselors at school.

“So which courses transfer?” This is up to the target school. They grant credits – you don’t choose. Ultimately, you should book an appt. with your CC’s Transfer Counselor. It’s his/her job to advise you on this exact thing and let you know your relative chances of the schools and alternatives. Best of luck to you.
