Need some reassurance

I recently applied to Tulane, and I got my Gibson account last night. When I logged on, it said this:

“Your application is incomplete. The following documents are needed to complete your file. #checklist# Please submit these documents as soon as possible or contact us at (800) 873-WAVE or undergrad.admission@tulane.edu if you have any questions. If these documents were sent recently, please check back in a few days, as it takes time for us to receive and process student information.”

(If I am missing something, this message doesn’t do me a lot of good.)

I called Tulane’s Office of Undergraduate Admissions today to ask what this meant, and the person I spoke to, after asking for my last name, told me that I have everything in order. My question is, why does my Gibson account say this?

I would’ve thought the phone called would have reassured me that I have a complete application, but I still don’t know what to think.

If you look at the post What does this mean on Gibson…you will see that other students have the same message on Gibson. It is probably some kind of internal computer glitch. So, do not worry. If Admissions says that your application is complete then you are fine.

I had the same issue. I emailed my admissions officer and he said everything was in order, so yes, don’t worry.

Thank you two for your replies! I just checked my Gibson account and it says everything is complete.
@anxiousenior1 Good luck to us both!

I was admitted EA already but thank you! Good luck!
