Quick, who do I get a recommendation from?

CHOICE 1: My AP Computer Science teacher. I took his class early, junior year, with mostly seniors. I was his best student and possibly the first to get a 5 on the exam for him.

CHOICE 2: My Chemistry teacher. I also took Chem a year early, with almost all seniors. I did really good and she likes me but not as good as the other couple kids in my class who took it early.

Also my AP Computer Science teacher may or may not be bad at writing. I'm worried about CS not being a "pure" science.

I get good grades and stuff. 2340 on the SAT, 800 math. Looking at some big schools so this ain't no chump change decision (I don't even know what that means).

Thanks you friends.

You need to first look at the schools for which you are interested – each school can have different requirements for their recommendations. Some simply say “two”; others say “one english and one science” and others say “one humanities and one science/math”.

Chump change means a small or insignificant amount of money. So there isn’t any such thing as a ‘chump change decision’. Also you should say ‘need some advice’ not ‘advices’. While advices is okay in certain context, it is not usual in the way you are using it.

I don’t know the answer to your question. You want to use #1 and that should be okay unless otherwise specified. My daughter used a straight up English teacher and science teacher and used an elective class for a 3rd letter, where she had done an extensive amount of outside work with that teacher as well.
