On my list so far is BostonU, Fordham, Rutgers, UConn, Temple, Seton Hall, Fairleigh.

I'm interested in Accounting or in International Relations. I'm set on on Business though.

I’d say BU is a reach for you. Rutgers may be a reach also if you want New Brunswick campus. I had the same SAT score as you with a 3.4 GPA at a VERY competitive public school in Jersey also and was waitlisted. UConn may be a reach also. However, with the schools you put you pretty much got the better schools in Jersey even though Fairleigh is an ultra safety for you. It’s pretty much out of state schools so I would maybe recommend you going for Penn State? Do the 2 years at the branch schools and then move to University Park for your Jr./Sr. year? Try SUNY Binghamton also even though it may be a slight reach.

American University or George Washington University

I kinda want a busy city/town. UConn’s been the only exception. At least have trains/buses that are easily accessible…

Syracuse has a good double major program; you can do their Maxwell house of Public Affairs and their business school (I forget the name?)… Your SATs might be a little low though. Try to get an interview, those help! And, if there is a reason you aren’t good at standardized testing (ADD, etc?) write about it in your statement.
