<p>I agree with sp1d3ysense. Listen, I’ll give you DC schools but to say Wash U is in the south is the most ludicrous thing that somehow keeps getting posted on this website. </p>
<p>While I understand Missouri was a slave-owning Union state and its Southern regions have some cultural alliances with Northern Arkansas, St. Louis and the Show Me State are NOT southern in any capacity. </p>
<p>Frankly, neither is Texas but i’ll even cede that to you again due to some cutural similarities. I truly don’t understand how Missouri is considered anything but a Midwestern state.</p>
