Need suggestions

Hello

I'm in dire need of some OOS suggestions.. part of me wants to "get out of the line of fire" (florida hurricanes..)

I was wondering if any of you could suggest some schools:

major: engineering.. (computer or elecltrical.. then there's accounting/finance haven't decided)

GPA:3.2uw 3.5w
SAT: took it on nov.5 for this.. just say a 1200 CR + MATH
black male
EC: Computer club.. volunteering at a nursing home teaching the residents how to use a computer.. youth group at church

Not really interested in anything midwest.. or deep south (like arkansas, alabama, south carolina)

FYI: I already applied to the big in state schools.. UF, FSU, UCF

I was looking at Villanova.. but it seems very.. well.. un-diversified.

I don't mind whether it be a big public university or some small suburban private college..

Thanks (hopefully this post is coherent)

[edit]
a school that provides a lot of aid would be nice too! finances are definitely a very important factor

Northeastern, Rochester Institute of Technology

forgot to add..

No APs
But I have been dual enrolled since my junior year.. (finished English and taking math classes)
