Need to be a full time student?

I'm not sure if this is the right section for this question but here goes:

I need to be a full time student to stay on my parent's insurance. I was taking 13 credits, but I dropped a class and now need to find a way to get 2 credits so I can be full time. Does anyone know of an institution that offers 7-week classes or who I can talk to at my community college to register for a 7 week course?

Make an appointment with your advisor, and ask this question.

Also, double check about the insurance thing. Under the new health insurance law, you should be covered to age 26 whether you are in school or not.

A lot of community colleges have accelerated courses for shortened periods, or 1-credit multi-day seminars. I would second going to an adviser.

Has that part gone into effect yet? I know the provisions are stretched out over a few years.
