Do you have any recommendation on the books to use for strategies and practice to improve science score to 30-32?

Barron’s ACT Math and Science Workbook and Barron’s ACT 36 helped me a ton. It just kind of depends on your situation and what you need help on. For some, they just need to hear the strategies 5, 6, 7 etc… But for me; I got tired of hearing all these strategies that were suppose to raise my score. I already knew them all, and while they helped, they didn’t get me to the score I wanted. These 2 books actually teach you rather than just drop the same old strategies. I recommend them.

Thanks KappaTau

Did you use those two books for any other sections besides Science? What is the difference between the two? They are from the same publisher.

I also bought the English Reading and Writing one and read all 3. The English one wasn’t too good, but I really liked the math and science one because it went over it all in detail, and Barron’s 36 is good too

I dont know why everyone says to go buy Barrons and use their strategy… Its pointless.

Ill save you $15 right here: their strategy is to skim the intro and then answer the questions.

What’s difference in Barron’s 36 and other books? Do they overlap?

no they are all stupid and pointless, they all say the same thing.
