Need to include high school grades?

Hello, I have my transfer application (UC to UC) nearly complete and I have a few last minute questions.

(1) Are we supposed to submit our high school courses/grades on the application directly? Or do we send them an official high school transcript later.

(2) Where do we indicate our calculated college GPA and total quarter/semester units? I was looking at the paper form of the transfer application and there was a section where we enter our calculated college GPA and total number of quarter/semester units. I don't see such a section on the online form.

(3) Should we include high school awards/extra curricular activities? I have one slot left to enter an extra curricular and I am unsure if I should include an extra curricular I was part of for 4 years in high school or one that I have been part of for a year in college

(1) If you're an upper division transfer, no. Can't speak for lower division.

(2) You don't, I assume their computers calculate it automatically.

(3) Only if you feel it's particularly relevant. It's been about 6 years since high school, but I added my theatre experience because I've done a little community theatre since then and because I felt it rounded out my application...for reasons I won't go into. For the most part, leave it off.

If you are a lower division transfer applicant, the campuses will request your high school documentation at a later date. The online application does automatically calculate the GPA and total units. This will be checked again by the evaluation staff at the campuses you applied to.
