<p>Dear Housing Applicant,</p>
<p>This is to notify you that we have experienced a number of problems with the online Personal Information (P.I.) Form over this past weekend (June 2nd and 3rd). These issues impacted students who accessed the system Saturday or Sunday with the likelihood that information submitted via the P.I. Form was not saved to our database. Our Information Technology staff has corrected the problem. As a result, this e-mail notification is being sent to all students who were mailed a residence hall contract on Friday, June 1st to encourage you to verify your emergency contact, meal plan, roommate and theme hall preferences.</p>
<p>If you accessed the online Personal Information Form at any time during this past Saturday or Sunday, you MUST re-access the form using the link found in the instruction letter that accompanied your housing contract to confirm or to re-submit your preference information. (Please Note: The correct dates for submission of Meal Plan change requests during the academic year, as stated in your residence hall housing contract, are November 19, 2007 to December 14, 2007. Changes become effective January 7, 2008) </p>
<p>If you received your residence hall contract in the mail but have not yet accessed the online Personal Information Form, you may now do so, again by using the link found in the instruction letter accompanying your housing contract, and you should not encounter any difficulties.</p>
