Need to send rush reports?

Actually, I have 3 questions:)

I took SAT I 3 times
480V 690M(when I was a sophomore)
620V 700M(this oct)
590V 720M(this dec)
Well, I send my scores to several colleges on Oct.
Do you think I should send Dec socre again?
My math score went up only 20 pts and verbal score went down by 30 pts…
I’m an Asian and non-native Englsih speaker,
so I thought a high verbal score would be evaluated higher than a high math score…
But I’m applyting to engineering schools…What should I do?

I took SAT II 2 times!
June 04: MAth IIC 780 Physics 640
Nov. 04: WRiting 540 Physics 690
If I know that I can get 700+ on physics, should I retake it on Jan?
or taking sat II 3 times is too much?

I just totally forgot to send my SATscore reports!! AHHHH
If I request for additional score reports tomorrow morning, Do I need to send rush reports for schools with Jan. 1 deadline? and…is it $24 per school? I hope it’s not…OMG

HELP!!@ PLZ!!!
Thanks in advance!

First, I'm taking the writting a thrid time (800 verbal but a 660 writting = ick)

Second, I don't think there is a need to rush reports. I think I read on my Columbia app that its basicly usless and they should get there on time. Duoble check of course.

Thanks, Jaina05! I'll probably take physics again:)
DOes anybody have opinions about my first question?

I know that schools usually take the highest V and M.
But I just don't want them to see 30 pts drop in verbal, which is below 600.
BUt since I'm applying to engineering schools, maybe math score's more important.
but it's only 20 pts!! and I think my transcript shows that I'm good at math.

What should I do?
