Need Urgent Advice!!! Best prep books for Math IIC & Physics??

Also, even if I ordered them now from amazon.com, it'd be a few weeks shipping unless I paid for 2-day shipping, which costs 15 bucks. (It's 7 even just for regular shipping. Rip-off I swear)
Argh!!!
Should I just scratch the whole thing and take it in the fall? I'd have all summer to study up & I could talk to my school about letting me keep the Physics book and such.

I chose Barrons for the Math, and PR for Physics based on looking at a few of these forum replies. Are those, in your opinion, the best? Have they worked for any of you?

On a final note, how much does each Subject Test cost? (I haven't decided whether I'm going to register yet...)

I took a practice test on Sparknotes and decided there was NO WAY I'd be ready for the tests in a month. (I got a 550 on the Math II) :/
Also realized I'd have to take the ACTs the day after I got back from Girls State... How the heck would I do any hardcore last week studying??
Guess I'm postponing both to fall. Maybe I can borrow my Physics & Alg II books for the summer and keep up on my reading.

Since I've looked at a few more threads, I'm going to go with Barrons for Physics & PR for Math II... or the other way around. Something like that.
Thanks for your (indirect) help, CC people :)
