Though if I happen not to get accepted into neither, I have high on my list:
University of Wisconsin- Madison
University of Washington- Seattle
University of Minnesota- Twin Cities
Pennslyvania State University- University Park
Cornell University
( Long searched for a California school to add on the list)</p>

<p>What would be a decent ACT score/ GPA grade needed to be looked at as a fair application.
Also, I plan to re-take the ACT. Would anyone know the website I need to go to?</p>
