Needing Advice about Adding Courses

So as a new transfer, I wasn't able to get all the classes I needed from DUST's pre-enrollment feature. In fact, I got so few that I won't qualify as a full time student and may lose my health insurance because of this.

What do you recommend for adding classes?

I'm in CALS, I'd like to take an AEM class or two. Do these classes fill up fast?

What should I expect if I walk into class to ask the Professor if I can add?

I wasn't able to add a class in another college. Do I need to go to that college to get my course approved?

pre-enroll isnt meant to enroll you in a SET schedule...

you will be able to get into more classes come august...

Nothing is set just yet...just wait until the add/drop period in a few weeks to finalize your schedule. Chill out...many incoming transfers and freshman aren't even enrolled in courses yet :-)

When I transferred into Cornell...my schedule wasn't finalized until the 2nd week of class and I was under 12 credits until then.
