@NorthernMom61, from my understanding of the post, OP is saying that the process isn’t unfolding naturally. He/she was not allowed to pick up transcripts that had been paid for, which was the impetus for the post. Without the transcripts for those OOS colleges, there is no opportunity for acceptance to the schools.
