<p>Do some colleges neglect certain classes they deem irrelevant? In my school both music appreciation and art appreciation is required. I got an 80 in music and a 65 in art. Is there any chance they wont average this in?</p>

<p>The college may not require it, but they will look at the grade and wonder why you let yourself get that grade. It looks worse if your other grades are pretty good, too.
Yeah, take another course.</p>
