<p>JHU gave me great aid, but is there a way for me to ask them to lower the loan a little without declining the entire offer? Because the acceptance packet came with the accept/decline aid and no instructions for negotiating.</p>
<p>Contact your financial aid counselor. They do not negotiate but they will listen to appeals.</p>
