Neil Building Grad housing?

Anyone know what it’s like or has lived here before? Can’t seem to find any interior shots of the place. Since I’m a non traditional student, I got offered an apartment here which I plan on accepting. I won’t be able to check out the building myself till I head on over for Orientation on the 15th.

I am also a ‘non-traditional’ student and got stuck there last semester (my first semester). I find it to be pretty boring compared to the traditional dorms where everyone is social and having fun. Everyone kind of keeps to themselves. It’s reallly quiet. I had the quad room which I found to be pretty cool since everyone had their own room. It had 2 bathrooms, so I only had to share it with one person, plus we had a kitchen and living room. If you’re still looking for interior shots, PM me and ill get some to ya!

I found the cost to be absolutely ridiculous! For some odd reason, instead of them taking the lump sum of the cost for living there for the semester out of my financial aid, I had to pay rent every month as if I lived off campus. Rent was $765/month per person! My 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment I had before coming here, with huge bathrooms, marble countertop, ect was only $748/ mo! I believe it’s going up to 770 for the fall.

P.S., something no one told me until it was too late is you don’t have to purchase a meal plan if you live there… Just fyi :)
