hi sweta.. i think i know u! :)

hey ppl,
I finally found a nepali thread here...phew. I'm so relieved. I'm from Xavier Academy. Hey do you guys know if SAT scores can make up for not so great marks? And what matters more slc marks or +2 marks? i mean both are high school marks. and........anyone applying to Reed here?? for a scholarship of course.

Reed gives only need-based aid, no merit-based scholarships.

Why is it so hard to get in to that college??????????? and it requires three subject tests right?? what do you recommend? i'm not taking math for sure. how about lit, bio and...physics maybe??

Have a look at http://web.reed.edu/ir/cds/cdssecc200506.html; it tells the story of who was admitted in Fall 2005. You can see where your test scores and grades would place you. High SAT scores can sometimes make up for low grades. The page shows which factors are most important to Reed.

Hey one of my fren is applying to Reed (ED)

Hey Reedfreak ,
Whats your +2 Percentage and SAT score?
If your percentage is OK and SAT score is great , it may be OK

Have any of you been to Bhutan??

hey
i also want to go to reed. but i wont appy ed, ed 2 ma ta reed le intels lai aid didaina haina? i'd probabaly apply rd there

If Reed is your clear first choice, there is no disadvantage in applying ED. If you apply ED with an aid request and the offered aid does not suffice, there is no penalty; you can freely decline the offer. Some schools may consider such an acceptance to be binding, but Reed does not if you decline due to financial reasons. Applying ED usually increases one's chance of admittance, compared to RD.

hey , maichang
Are you from BNKS? ani reed le ED2 ma aid didaina
