SXC - St. Xavier's college</p>

<p>i know my relative in Nepal who's in UPenn...he was of indian origin but born and brght up in Nepal</p>

<p>Indian origin == INDIAN for admission.. so he wudnt have ben at all counted as an intel from nepal.. for that purpose... unless ofcourse he showeed nepaleese citizenship..</p>

<p>There is though 1 at brown in this yrs classs ( class of 2009) frm nepal on full aid. .</p>
