nepali thread.

middle of nowhere rocks!!! there is a lot to do here, and u have no time for the city. btw, colgate claims to be somewhere but it's not even in the middle of nowhere, its in the side!!!!
how cool is that?
come to kenyon folks, it is fun!!!
kenyon rules!!!
i m talking ****, n i like it.
once again, kenyon rules!!!

haha, they turned my "goo" into asterix!!!! that's even cooler!!!!

colgate is not exactly in an urban settin now is it? i thought it was in the middle of nowhere too.. not tht it bothers me though

hey ahtsisab...u sure abt the tufts aid thing...cause if u look at collegeborad...it's like some 547000 given to 24 people...

better than kenyon though.... all major east coast cities are within 3.5 to 4.5 hrs.... tara after u come here... aru kahi jana mannlagdaina !!! serious

i can second (basistha from opposite's) claim that tufts has a great fin aid package for intls and that smn from nepal is going there with almost full finaid!!
hahaha, kenyon is the best!!!
in fact i just wrote a poem abt kenyon!!!
north south east west
kenyon is the best!!!

i'm pretty much sure abt tufts... i'm reconfirm and let u know.... this forum is screwing my calc homework.... and i got an FSEM tomorrow..... i'll c ya folks later.... this is like a MSN conv !!

pls....will someone confirm that tufts has good finaid for international students...thank you...

collegewoes, jokes aside, i hereby confirm that someone i know from nepal is going to tufts this year with a great finaid package.

Tufts has aid, but ur chances of getting it maight be near impossible unless ur really good, coz well, look at the stats
2004 -05 ko figures
total cost - 40 grand; average aid - 24 grand
well, CHECK THIS OUT: total students - 334; aided : 26

okay, i'm not a LAC student, so dunno the background of tufts, average SAT and stuff...but to be the 26th one outta 334 international students, i assume ud have to be real good...

chochu444...u got any idea abt finaid given to intl studnets by tufts...

well, since that person is from nepal, she does qualify as an intl student and the aid is sth like "nothing"!!! its very very tough to get in though, thats what i heard.
cudnt care to try myself, sorry!!
btw, if u guys dont know it yet, i love kenyon!!!

well guys, time to say gnite. i love wasting my time, n even though i have tons to do , i m waiting here for someone to say sth so that i can say sth stupid myself. whatever
nepal rocks guys so have fun there before u come here coz its freaking tiring here.
feels like i m sending a msn message
gnite

gnite
and good day to the rest

did the thread just die? y is it so silent?

chochu, u said like u talked so well with the aqdmn officer even before u were accepted, is it easy or u are gafadi?
what r da' prospects with ed at kenyon?

i am still here but seems no one's in the mood to talk aaron

hehe... i was exaggerating

sweta, u ever taken SAT practice tests? wut's ur prac score if i might ask?

knock!! knock!!!

oh yea, btw, sweta..abt SAT..may god help you...haha, just kidding, actually i warmed up in the last two weeks as well, but not totally in the last two weeks. But anyway, yea, practise tests and REVIEW..do both. i was doin upto 2 and half tests in teh last two weeks per day...and yea, in the verbal section, they really tend to repeat words..so do the practise papers..sam egoes for maths...their trick questions are often similar

btw, you have good ec's and good grades...jus try ur best to do the SAT well, and if you screw up, no prob...RD cha...and btw,, stop wasting so much time online..PRACTISE!
btw, merimack is a good safety, tho aid is determined by merit, i think ur good enough, tehr sat range is like 1000-1200..and yea, look up sarah lawrence , as far i reemmber, they dont need the SAT, and its one helluva nice place

who's there?
