There is like no chance for me to get into MIT but I want to go to a nerdy college like MIT, but not as selective but not to not selective. Does that make sense? Could anyone please help me find a college like that?

Worcester Polytechnic Institute
Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute
Stevens Institute of Technology
Clarkson University

Look at the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and Carnegie Mellon. Both very competitive but not insane like MIT. Both are world class engineering schools.

Georgia Tech and RPI

I would recommend Stevens Institute of Technology if you are an engineer. Well I was one but then…let’s just say I hated it there (very pricey if you are the average poor college student.)

What about Case Western or Carnegie Mellon?
