Rice is a great, GREAT school, but is a little nerdy…

RPI, Johns Hopkins, MIT, Caltech, UChicago are the ones that I know of that are pretty nerdy.

MIT/caltech

look up their rivalry and what they did to each other’s scoreboards. But really, what does it matter?

[Chance me at JHU ED/Chicago EA](http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/745255-im-really-lost-chance-chicago-ea-johns-hopkins-ed.html)

That’s what you think ElBlufer. Everyone has a social life; some just have crazier ones than others :P

^ I heard RPI students have zero life. A RPI student told me this lol.

Zeronax: Exactly, that is precisely what I think. Is it necessarily true? no. It was simply what I observed on the day that I was there. When I visited most schools, I saw people on the lawns having fun with each other and generally doing things outside of class. When I visited RPI, I only saw students in class, on their way between classes, and in their dorm rooms.

lol Phead then everyone must be undead XD

ElBlufer- that sucks. Must have been a bad day or something. Nerds love to have fun too and it’s no different from anyone else.

Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.

Zeronax: yeah, it really could have just been the day or time that we were there. I know for sure that nerds need to have fun just as much as everyone else.

are Reedies really that nerdy? i thought they were just quirky :P

LOL, nerd rivalry! aw, cute, kind of :)

Yeah, I think someone on CC said once that he was walking down the hall and he heard two people excitedly talking about what they learned in Linear Algebra.
