I have a 3.2 GPA in Computer Science (Engineering) and I'm wondering if my GPA is too low to be considered for decent companies. I'm looking for honest advice please.

You should be fine over 3.0.

Agree; the major is tough and the companies recognize this so they’re okay with anyone over 3.0.

Companies care more that you finish a degree successfully rather than what your GPA is. Except for applying for graduate school, no one has Ever asked my college GPA.

From what I’ve seen, there are some top tier tech. companies that get such high application volume that they tend to have a hard cut-off at 3.5 just to cut down the candidate pool. Other than those, you should be fine with a 3.2 and how well you work through technical interviews will really determine where you can land an offer.

Cornell Engineering is tough, and most companies know that. I know engineering students with 3.0 (some below) had no problem in getting a job. You should be fine.
