So I am currently a junior in high school. Next year I’ll be a senior but will barely be taking algebra 2 and chemistry. these are pretty vital courses to get into any college so will that lower my chances of getting accepted to colleges??? since when I apply to schools I will not have even finished the class yet? and most require algebra 2 and one class with a prerequisite of algebra 2… please help!!! (: thankssss
As long as you are enrolled in Algebra 2 by the time you apply, they will most likely take it.
You will still have a chance at college, just not the elite ones.
There are over 2,000 colleges in this country. Some will be pretty poor, but reputations screenshot find. There are also those elites. Learning in college depends on your motivation and energy. Elites offer good educations and bragging rights. It makes me nuts that students or parents seem to disdain the educations offer by many schools.
It might be good to start with 2 years of community college and then go to a 4 year school.
Yes, you will get into a college!!! Good luck :))
