I applied ED. What am I going to do until mid-December?

Any ideas on how and when decisions will be sent?

Obviously, I love Penn. My concern is that a rejection would leave me with a very hollow feeling. No matter where I am ultimately accepted, I fear always lamenting not attending Penn. Does anyone else feel this way?

If it helps, I felt the same way last year except I applied Stanford ED, got rejected, and ended up here at Penn. Trust me when I say that in the end, as long as you take advantage of all the opportunities given to you at the school you attend, the rejection from other schools will be a distant memory.

That being said, good luck getting in, and don’t stress too much about it (I know it made my Senior year a lot harder than it should have been)

Thanks, FQ. What scares me the most is the wait between having your ED app rejected in mid-December and finding out about your RD apps in early April. That has to be a very nervous, perhaps even painful, four and one-half month wait. I guess the only thing you can do is wait.
