Let me know what you think my chances are thanks in advance. And what you think I could do to have a better shot at my reaches besides test scores thanks.

Definitely Brown, Wash U, UChicago mid to high reaches. Probably get a bit higher GPA and maybe take the SAT? Also what do you plan on majoring in? Whatever it is, it should fit in with the AP courses you are taking(mostly history, it looks like) as well as your ECs.

Poli sci and econ, i’ve visited multiple poli sci classes so it’s a sure thing, econ is still on the fence but i love it!

You have a really impressive resume! I’m curious why you put Kenyon and Emory as matches but Oberlin as a reach…nevertheless, I think you’re in at most of your matches.

Word of advice: APPLY TO UCHICAGO EARLY if you really, really, really want to go there. They accepted 95% of their 2017 class early, and wait-listed a ton of qualified kids RD because they knew they’d be turned down for the Ivies. You have good chances at Wash U and Notre Dame so long as no one else from your school is applying there…and Brown is difficult to read. It usually accepts kids with a clear passion or definite hook, but your GPA and test scores are a little below its range.

Good luck!
