Hey you guys. I'm new to the board. That's the part where you say "Hi, New Guy." Thank you for the hospitality.

Well, I go to school in Massachussetts, at the most prestigious school in the country (with a couple of US president alums)....so yea. the college pressure is definately on.

We had 4 yale applicants accepted early, 13 harvard applicants accepted early...and the list goes on and on and on. I was deferred EA to Yale, and was discouraged, but I'm over it.

BUT NOW!!! I REALLY WANT APRIL FIRST TO ARRIVE!!! I'm so looking forward to it actually, you know.

IF YOUR NERVOUS TOO..PLEASE RESPOND. P.S. If anybody has any rumors on Yale, let it out.

i heard Yale deferred us cuz they like to save the best for last. Well, ok, that was just my imagination and wishful thinking :) I actually don't want April to arrive as fast as i wanted December 16th cuz I wanna enjoy my 2nd semester senior year, live it to the fullest, and hopefully not think about college.

well I can't decide if I'm more nervous or less nervous after hearing from my waay backup school today. Somehow the prospect has become very real to me that I might end up there, and it's kinda scary. Welcome to the board Accionara! Just wait until march rolls around. This board will be filled with completely neurotic people (myself included)

I'm especially nervous. As a junior, knowing this kind of stuff and realizing that you have the potential to change your acceptance/rejection decision within the next few months is slightly traumatizing.
