<p>I received an email about my net id. I clicked on the activation link and did all the procedures. But I have not received any text message. It said that the code will expire after 24 hours. Who should I call about this problem?

<p>Had the same problem…your cell phone service provider is probably not allowing premium texting to go through, which is the same system Cornell uses. I would say either call the company and tell them to allow it temporarily and then call CIT to resend the text, or just wait a week or so for them to mail it to you.</p>
