Gonna major in Computer Sciences. Already have an Imac (no PCs will be moving with me). Kinda want a laptop. Would a netbook be sufficient or should I get a more powerful laptop?

If you already have a desktop, then I guess a netbook would be alright. Though as a CS major, I think you should have a powerful Windows based machine as well. I don’t maybe there are some good OS X compatible IDEs, so don’t take my word for it.

CS majors will primarily be using Linux anyway, which you can install on anything you get. On top of that, you can remote into the lab machines from any other OS as well. Really, anything works.
