NetID Troubles?

<p>Hey, anybody have trouble activating their NetID online? I've tried several times with the info they mailed me, but it keeps saying I have the wrong activation code. </p>

<p>Am I missing anything or do I just need to email them for help??</p>

<p>I would just email them. NU's tech support is pretty good (at least in my experience). =)</p>

<p>I had problems at first too, then I emailed them and they helped a lot. Now I finally have my email up and running ^.^</p>
