NEU v. UMass Amherst for pre-med? BU?

Hi everyone. I got accepted into Northeastern University for their N.U.in program, which means studying abroad for my first semester in college. This is such a surprise, because I did not apply for the program, and I am not particularly interested in a first-year oversea study program. My major is Behavioral Neuroscience, but my final goal is to get into a medical school, so actually biology or any other science-related major is okay for me, as long as I like it......Anyway, my problem is that, I actually got accepted into UMass Amherst for pre-med as well. The tuition is way cheaper... And BU rejected me (which was pretty upset because I like the school a lot), yet they offer me guaranteed admission for my sophomore year as a transferred student, and for my desired major as well.

SO...Where do you think I should go for pre-med? I actually applied to tufts and NYU as well. Is Northeastern or UMass Amherst good for pre-med? And is BU a much better school instead, and do you think i should consider trasferring to there in my second year?

Feel free to give me any suggestions and post any comments below. I am the first generation in my family to go to college so it has been really challenging for me to figure everything out.

Can you afford to be full pay at NU and BU? If not, go to UMass Amherst.
