I'm currently an undergrad, just about done with my first year. I have an ok GPA in psych (90% in the Israeli grading system, should be about 3.5 in GPA terms) and an abysmal 71% in CS which I think I can improve to about 80% in the two years I have until graduation, if I work my ass off.

So my question is, how likely is it to get into a decent cognitive/computational neuroscience PhD program in the US or UK with a combined average of around 85% (3.0)? Considering that I'm going to do some lab work next year (basically as an unpaid research assistant) and possibly undergrad research in cognitive psych, and that my uni ranks in the top 50 worldwide in CS (the req for graduating with honors is 85%, so I guess it's worth a bit more than a US 3.0).
