Hey guys! I’ve been falling more and more in love with Tulane, and I wanted to know a bit more about the Neuroscience major from people. I’ve scourged their websites and course lists, so I do know what classes to take etc., but I want to know about the difficult of the major. Is it hard? Manageable to do research and volunteer while taking these classes?
In addition, I really want to pursue the CS coordinate major, something that @fallenchemist actually recommended to me. I won’t say I’m the best at CS, but coding does come somewhat naturally to me. It’s still difficult, of course, and does require effort, but it’s not the same difficulty to me as something like history.
Does anyone have any experience with either? I’d really like to hear about course rigor and how to balance these classes with a semi-decent social life. (I plan to hang out with a few friends every now and then, and crazy parties aren’t really my thing. Drinking is also something I cannot do… so yeah )
