Neuroscience grad school help!

I am a first semester undergrad junior right now (most likely on a 5 year plan) with a double major in Biology and Psychology and a minor in Chemistry...

I want to go to grad school (hopefully some kind of Ph D program) for Neurobiology or Behavioral Neuroscience of some sort but I'm incredibly worried about my GPA...as it's only a 3.2...I'm working to bring it up obviously but as it stands I'm somewhat apprehensive of getting anywhere with that GPA..

I'm doing both psych and semi-neurological biology research right now as well...

Do I have any hope of going to grad school with these grades?

Thanks!

If you can bring it up a little and have a nice upward trend your junior and senior years (which it looks like you are) then your gpa should not hinder you too much. As long as you have great LOR’s, lots of research experience, and a good GRE score you should be fine for getting into PhD programs with a 3.3 or so. However, a lower GPA will make it very hard to get into top programs.

Good luck!
