Neuroscience - UMich or OSU?

I am in a bit of a pickle here, and this will have many questions, so any help is appreciated!

I am currently deciding between Neuroscience at University of Michigan and Ohio State. I have been accepted for the honors program at OSU and am waiting to hear back from UMich. First questions is, what are all the benefits of the honors program for both colleges? Additionally, I really do not mind where I go, but there are two factors here. First, I live in Ohio, so I will have to pay 30k less per year if I go to OSU versus Michigan. Additionally, I really want to go to a great medical school after undergrad, like San Francisco, Johns Hopkins, Harvard level medical schools. Will I be able to get accepted by these Medical Schools if I go to Ohio State? Finally, which program is more rigorous?

Thank you for your help!

Unless $120K is insignificant to your family, go to OSU. There will not be much of a difference for medical school admission with the exception of Michigan medical school.

Do you know if the courses are similar in quality?
