I took the ACT once in the summer and got a pretty good writing score (got 11). I’m taking the ACT again and I heard the writing portion is changed. I don’t really have much time to study up on this new writing portion so I feel like I won’t do good on it. Does it matter if I do good on the writing or not or will colleges just look at my old writing score if I do bad on this one?
Do not take the writing part, and you can you submit the 11.
^^ Dont do this!! It doesn’t work this way.
@falcon1, why do you say this? I am just curious.
I have several students who have done this for their ED apps without difficulty.
If you call ACT they also recommend doing this.
