I just registered for the ACT in April, and I have a question. Some colleges I will apply to require the writing score, and others do not. Obviously, I have registered for the ACT with writing, but can I send the composie score only (without the writing score) to colleges that do not require the essay?

If you took the writing test, your scores from that test date can be reported only after your writing scores have been processed. Also, it is ACT’s policy to report scores only for entire test dates. In requesting a score report from ACT, you may not select to report only your multiple-choice scores without your writing test score.
