<p>Sorry if this has already been addressed.
Does anyone know when penn generally posts the new application for each year?</p>

<p>Also, ive looked through the current app and i was surprised to see the question about the "penn professor you would like to study with". Not everyone knows Penn professors. Do any of you have tips on how to approach this?</p>
