You can e-mail your regional director.

FAX, Student ID number (SSN?) up in right corner, Write in brief memo form, Address to Admissions, ask for the courtesy of having a staff member place this FAX with the following recent awards in your file for consideration during review of your application. Put the award in center of FAX, nice, simple and clear. You could also restate simply that you hope to play for College X and their program, sign off.
If you have a correspondent in the Admissions office (like a regional rep), put ATTN: Person X.
My S sent in two awards, one as late as the first days of March, but it was a significant award. Things like likely letters are sort of winding up by then but some admissions decisions are still made in March.
If you are offering to play percussion in the school orchestra/band, consider writing a brief email with this award to the Director of said group and to the person who teaches percussion. It is possible the faculty member in charge is looking for strengthening that section, and that he might send a note to admissions showing interest. good luck, and really nice regional award. (not sure the significance of school play-piano..?) If I don't get it, probably need to rethink listing that or at least making it a bit more clear.
