New Bill to be Signed to Cut College Costs

<p>So I heard literally seconds ago on the radio that president Bush is going to sign a bill today that will raise the amount of available financial aid by $20 billion in the next 5 years and will drasticly lower student loan interest rates :D. </p>

<p>That is the extent to my knowledge, but if anyone has exact figures, it would be pretty awesome if you posted it!</p>
